Curran Walker is an experienced civil litigator specializing in commercial litigation and trials. Before joining Gregg Law, Curran practiced at DuBois, Bryant & Campbell. Prior to that, Curran practiced at the large Los Angeles-based litigation firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Curran maintains an active trial practice, having participated in numerous jury and bench trials in jurisdictions throughout the country, and he has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission. Curran’s experience includes intellectual property, oil and gas, securities, entertainment, partnership disputes, anti-trust, civil RICO, unfair competition, real property rights, and breach of contract. Curran’s practice encompasses a wide range of industry, including software, software development, toy design, manufacturing and retail, entertainment, insurance, financial institutions, real estate, health care, smartphone design and manufacturing, internet commerce, and telecommunications.
